Martha Stewart’s First East Coast Restaurant Opening at Foxwoods This Week

Celebrity lifestyle icon Martha Stewart is bringing her restaurant concept to Connecticut as The Bedford prepares to open at Foxwoods Resort Casino this week.

The new dining destination will be located inside the Grand Pequot Tower at Foxwoods, marking Stewart’s first restaurant on the East Coast. A ribbon-cutting ceremony and red carpet event is scheduled to take place at the Mashantucket-based casino ahead of the official opening.

The Bedford by Martha Stewart Restaurant Opens at Foxwoods

Inspired by Stewart’s historic 1925 farmhouse in Bedford, New York, the restaurant is designed to reflect the style, hospitality, and comfort that have become synonymous with the lifestyle icon’s brand. The Bedford first launched in Las Vegas in 2022 before expanding to Foxwoods.

According to Foxwoods, the restaurant will feature several of Stewart’s personal favorite dishes including a kurobuta pork chop, niçoise salad, and her signature “Big Martha Pierogies.” The menu will also include specialty cocktails such as the “Martha-tini” and a frozen pomegranate drink called the “Martha-rita.”

The opening adds another high-profile dining experience to Foxwoods, which continues to attract visitors from across the Northeast with its restaurants, entertainment venues, and resort amenities.The Bedford by Martha Stewart is scheduled to open to the public on March 14, 2026, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony planned the day before at Foxwoods Resort Casino.

Stewart, now 84, has spent decades building one of the most recognizable lifestyle brands in the world through television, publishing, and hospitality ventures. The opening of The Bedford at Foxwoods marks another major expansion of her culinary brand while bringing a new celebrity dining destination to Connecticut.

Guests will soon be able to experience Stewart’s signature recipes and hospitality at the new Foxwoods location as the restaurant prepares to welcome its first visitors this week.
